This totally cracks me up, partially because club soda is my very favorite drink, second only to strong black coffee and old-lady martinis.

I believe this is a result of the American way of taking the producers to court and sue them.
I got a couple of bikes from the US and the frames have lots of warning labels. My bikes from Europe dont have anything of that shit.
I think the fear of being dragged to court forces every producer to overdo it (see a worst case scenario all the time) when the make the warnings.
